Depends on the metrics of the website. Most sellers use Ahrefs RDs / DRs .
100 - 300 RDs cost 80 USD on average.
500 - RDs cost 150 USD on average.
1000 RDs cost 250 on average.
There are other attributes that could come inline with all aforementioned pricing.

I usually charge $15 for my sites and I allow only 2 or 3 links to the same website for the whole site and only in articles that were published a few months apart, more than that it would look suspicious.

It depends some sell high and one seller selling a 1000rd for $100 so totally depends

It depends on the quality of sites that calculated by many ways like Domain rating, traffic, content, etc... Starts from $80 and over up to $800...
