niche and instagram copyright questions

Hi I am thinking to make my own instagram with specific niche.
So far I just have posted my daily life and food.
I want to think of my instagram work seriously. I bought follow liker also.

How about Sweden as my niche?

I live in Sweden so I can take pictures everyday about Sweden and post
like Today in Sweden something like that. DO you guys thinks It is bad niche?


Also About copyright problem,
Do you guys post only videos and pictures taken by you guys?
I saw some famous instagram account used pics from google.

A lot of people use pictures that aren't theirs. Some give credit, others don't. If you want to think about it, as long as you're not a hardcore spammer or doing a lot of things against the ToS, you can go for years posting copyrighted pictures and not have anything happen to you. But on the other hand, if you're worried about getting banned due to copyright, do realize you can get banned for ANY reason because your pictures and your account isn't yours anymore once you post to a Social media platform. It's their stuff now. They control it. Posting your own stuff in the end does help you stay away from the banhammer though.

If you want to take it more seriously then you should think already now how you will monetize your account in future. This will affect greatly to what niche to choose as for example it will be much harder to sell shoutouts from "Today in Sweden" than accounts in popular niches like fitness. Its good to be creative with the niche and not to go with all others, but you should still consider how to monetize it.

Every niche is great as long as you are capable of working with it creatively!

There are tons of different opinions on the copyright problem, however I and many others in here, always took pictures from other and never experienced any issue associated with it.

So just go for it and don't start with crazy settings like a lot of the guys in here do! Good luck
