I say yes NGINX makes your site and wp admin cache way faster as Litespeed, but you must know what you are doing, all the whole settings....
When you not have any knowledge about it so it's best to use Litespeed hosting+ Litespeed cache easy to setup and make your site fast too, not worry about it Litespeed is fast.

Nginx is the way to go, but you really need to know what you are doing. Have a lot of experience with sysadmins and a lot of them are shit at all. Nginx can be super efficient and has a great performance, if you know how-to.
