There is quite a few videos on Youtube explaining what they are, how to find upcoming projects, how to buy etc. Are you just looking to learn everything there is to know?
Also there are discord groups dedicated to new projects, but advisable to do research into them as its pretty easy to inflate following/traffic as I'm sure you know from being a member of this forum haha.
Lastly, you should maybe check out the Shiboshis NFTs recently released. Made by the developers of Shiba Inu and they will have future utility in the form of games and possible chances to earn from having them. Plus value increase as demand become high. Thats my personal recommendation.
