So I have been trading P2E gaming NFTs for more than a year. Never been interested or traded any art NFTs because of their uselessness. Although P2E are very much like Ponzi schemes but I like the idea of owning gaming assets which are useful at least in the game regardless of the fact how much you can earn with it.
Digital Arts & Games are the earliest adopter of the NFTs. It's just the beginning and notn the ending. There's so much online as well as real life use cases NFTs can bring.. for instance.
There's a NFT project who have an Olive farm in Cyprus and each square feet on the farm is tokenized into NFTs. Anyone holding that NFT earns some profit of olive sales revnue.
Also, saw some tweet about an upcoming NFT project which let people fund for movies by buying NFTs and I guess they will also earn profit or idk.
I was very much interested in starting an NFT project which would let people fund together to let's say take part in ICOs which requires huge amount of tokens to be staked in order to take participate in the token sales. The problem was restrictions on certain countries citizens and I don't know if that would be illegal and might get into trouble.
I also wanted to start a project which would let people fund together to own digital assets just like guild gaming projects own different assets but in this case, not for the sake of renting out stuff to earn revenue but just holding them which can be very much valueable in the future like a "Land in Sandbox".
The big advantage this has is.. It lets you own a fraction of many valueable digital assets with least amount of risk and fear of it losing its value as it would only require you to spend less.
The only problem was I couldn't not figure out how it would run. Like a wallet which is not owned by anyone and is ran by DAO ( NFT holders ).
What are some great use cases you guys can think of NFTs can bring?
