Me too having fear about this update as i have recently made more than 40 Angela Backlinks withing 3-4 days .
 
it can go either ways lets hope for good :) goyat you did fine dont worry google love Angela Backlinks and 40 is fine in 4 days unless you ping them all at same time :)
 
Google only want one thing on their front page....paid advertisers...that's where all the updates are heading.
 
They're just attempting to flush out all blackhat methods, so everyone will get hit.

The only people that won't will be the ones with any links at all, ever.
 
Ive started pulling and resurrecting my 301 redirected sites in hope they may benefit as white and aged, if the end is nigh for my blackhat career I my still have some sites remaining lol my seo career started last Nov maybe 5 years to late :confused:
 
Time to purchase some old and clean domains just to be prepared.

SEO will not die....Google will keep trying and us loyal black hatters will keep finding ways around it! Google has done it once and they will keep doing it...quit being all post apocalyptic...

Some of my sites with 0 backlinks got hit last penguin update, so they're not safe either. Presumably it was because they only had a few pages, or keyword density too high or something.
 
If it is going to be as big as they make out .. Is it worth carrying on?

News like this scares the shit out of new SEO's like me! haha
 
It's the same old story... There's always gonna be a way to beat the algorithm. And they can't change it too much, because then even the general public would start to notice the irrelevant search results.

But that said, I wouldn't invest in really big sites right now, at least ones that would rely on Google, it seems way too unstable nowadays. Contrary to what they want you to believe, black hat is the way to go right now.

Don't worry people, there is a saying in our regional language.

There is always a thing, which is capable of killing the other thing. Regardless of it size and strength and gives us the example of a gang of ants killing an elephant and a rat drilling through a hill. So, when G launches an animal, BHers will create a new weapon to kill it.
