Zeusgram is awesome!!! It's brand new and they're still developing new/requested features, but for how safe it is and the fact that that it will keep "some" of the spammers away due to price and lack of multi user support makes me happy Customer support is freaking top notch, The coder/owner is always available for questions/requests/bug fixes & updates.
They also bypass Instagram's API so you can bend the rules with commenting/likes/follow/unfollow limits, However I always try and stay within the "recommend" amounts to prevent suspicion.
There is also Boostagram however I heard the customer support is really slow/shitty and it uses web.stagram to do it's tasks so I would not recommend it unless this is your only option.

Have you checked out Boostagram by Hawkode? It has been released on other boards but it's not on BHW yet, it's also available on our website.
