Newwp Theme - Cant remove the footer links, please help

Hi There,

I have been reading all the related posts of this topic but still couldnt get this fixed as i am not a techie in php. I have tried most of them, but the coding that have used seems to be latest and i couldnt crack it.

I have a theme named 'irestaurant' downloaded for my blog. I dont feel like having their sponsored links as its non related and its looks odd.

I have attached both the functions.php and footer.php with this thread. Please help me fixing this issue, looking forward to the replies, thanks!

post a link to the theme, so that anyone on this forum can take a look, and if it is a free theme from any theme sponsoring sites it will be hard to remove the footer links.

Usually if it's not in the footer.php its in the theme options for that specific theme.
