Newsletter

I was wondering if there was a way to make sure that everyone who enters my site has to sign up for a newsletter before being able to pass onto the main site? Is there a way to accomplish this? I am using a joomla CMS right now, and have a popular domain name for my niche, just want to grab everyones emails though.
