since more than one month I get tons on newsletter registrations. I checked them and nearly 90 % of them are done with spam mail adresses. We also have a double opt in for the newsletter and they will not be confirmed. I can't imagine why our newsletter registration is attacked by these spam mail adresses. Can someone explain to me why someone do that? Can there also be a problem that my shop will get a higher spam score or something like that?
I also get a lot of mails, that the confirmation mails for the newsletter can not be delivered, so the mailadresses are old or wrong.
