Newsletter notifications is not being shown

since the update of the newsletter, i have stopped receiving the notifications in the forum, if i want to see the newsletter i have to go to an old message click the link and then scroll down to check them, i like reading newsletters, i check the settings, i never opted out, maybe after the update i have to reclick the box, so i removed the tik, saved and then re ticked the box, every single box has a tick and still no notifications for the newsletters, i even cleared all the blocked cleat thing, even tho i never blocked/blacklisted anyone
Can some admin look into this, maybe i am not the only one
