News articles - Good or bad approach?

Do you think it's good to publish it on the main site or should I launch a new site and then direct some traffic to the main site?

If the goal is to get them on the app review site, then publish them on the app review site. I'd rather have fluctuating direct traffic than fluctuating indirect traffic. If you're really concerned about penalties (which I don't think there are), segment off a piece of the site for news.

Some people are too obsessed on clustering relevant info but this is just part of a strategy, news won't deviate such.
