Newly registered google news sites.

I do Adsense approval work, so I send dozens of sites for approval per month. Some sites receive rejections and I find it easier to make a new one instead of dealing with these sites again. This rejected sites are live in google new's. If I sell these sites only as a domain, will it make money? If so, how much should it sell for?

Up. If I sell it for $20, will anyone buy it?
