Also i have problems with setting up cron job [ive set external, no idea if it works properly]

if i put such thing in cron it says that i cant use special characters etc. aka "Path to the script cannot contain any special symbols or whitespaces".
cron path in admin is: php -f /home/username/ then i have bracket to put the cron thinge, nexxto it.
