Newbies Posting AMA or Offering Free Services

Time limits? Post counts? While I certainly appreciate the sentiment, all I'm seeing is a bigger market for aged bhw accounts. Look where we're at and at the things people here do, and the markets that are created in the process.

How about monitoring private messages closely enough to differentiate between someone trying to establish themselves as helpful, and someone ripping off newcomers?

We don't monitor conversations. We will check when we receive reports about wrongdoing though.

As for reporting those who offer freebies and never deliver, click the report button for sure and if this is the case we will prevent them from opening any more giveaways.

The flip of the coin is the sellers who open up Beta Testing threads and offer services to evaluate and never receive feedback. There is a requirement by taking these slots that you must give feedback.
