Newbie's First Step Into Black Hat SEO

New to this forum and have been reading up on the threads, doing some research in the KWs and playing around with the tools to see where my blog stands in terms of KWs and the competitors.
Decided to take the plunge into buying one of the Black Hat SEO services offered over at the marketplace for URL and KW to give my blog a boost (still looking at services being offered there). As I write articles for my blog to cover specific topics, would it make sense to buy KWs in these topics and submit the domain url rather than a specific page url? I am thinking of KWs that I am already at under 100 ranked and other topics that I would be going into.
Nothing profit making about my blog, just that I got a bit of spare cash and would like to give it a boost.

Check your main keywords and go with adwords so that you will have good amount of keywords for your website and then start ranking your all keywords.

Thank you for the replies, so the context is that my blog does cover topics (all hand written real stuff) and thinking of getting a boost. I have done my KW research into the topics and found that they are easy to medium difficulty and thus would like to try out the Black Hat SEO services where you provide a URL and KWs. I am thinking this would mean the DomainName url and the keywords and would usually result in my blog ranking going up.

My question would be does this mean if say I bought DomainName as the URL and the KW as Playstation, if i search for KW Playstation, I would see rank up for that KW in associate with my domain name and also that this would mean that my content at a specific page for a Playstation review (with Playstation in the url) would be affected in the rank up in the search results?

No idea what you are doing. You dont buy keywords, you buy services to rank them.

hmmm maybe I am not explaining it right... sorry let me try again.

I am trying to figure out how the ranking services work with all the crafted post/backlink works on high page rank websites and how i can use that to give my blog a boost. I know I have to do my keyword research to see which ones have competition and at what degree (easy,medium or hard). These ranking services would then ask for url and keyword. I know which keywords to get but I would like to know for the url would it be a specific page or my domain name since i do lots of post in relation to the key words. If just my domain name, would the ranking service than affect all the post and pages that have the keyword in its url and title?
