newbie87 aka Akushare is a ripper!

He said this:
So i contacted him, paid him $45 dollars and he said they will be completed in 7 days. 4 days passed and only 200 likes were given i asked him whats going on because to get 1k likes in 7days with the youtube he said he would be doing 110-120 each day. He told me in 24 hours he would refund me if it was completed. 22 hours i hit him up on skype and said he whats going on. A couple minutes later he removed me from skype.

It's not much money but i can't let rippers go while they continue to try to offer services in the freelancer section and never complete it.

I have problem with my paypal, my paypal always limited everytime i receive payment from other user. Also i receive mass of dispute for other buyer, i dont know why so it will affect me to return the money but you can dispute and i pass to paypal. Now, you can dispute. Sorry for this problem.

Yes,can. After you dispute for refund, money will go to your account. For again, i really-really sorry, Right now, my paypal become negative- bcoz a lot people dispute.

Very fishy, and the way he deleted me from skype is like he doesnt want to pay. I put in a dispute and he hasnt even responded to the dispute yet but yet he comments on here. Something is very wrong here.

newbie87 has been permbanned. Continue with the dispute, if anyone else is having issues with him go ahead and get the disputes going.

Instead of holding up his end of the deal, or providing a refund of his own accord his response was to bitch about paypal. That's a dickbag excuse, and we don't need those kind of people around here.
