I just started a smoke shop any tips you can give a newbie ? I Plan on selling top shelf items .
Will I have an issue with the name if I go brick and mortar?

Two tips:

1. Don't post your website here
2. Don't post your website anywhere when it's got a coming soon message and a shopify link in the footer
 
If you're doing aliexpress+shopify like everyone and their dog is doing these days you have chosen a good niche as shipping times won't affect your sales:

The long shipping times won't matter to your clients as most of them are stoned and they will forget they ordered anything.
