So i'm a newbie, I'm still working on building a first website, soon I will be done writing articles, and launching the website. From what I read, the most important offpage seo is backlinks.
My question is, how should I do this in a blackhat way, to rank on some not too competitive keywords? Should I purchase sape links (I have a funded account on sape so I can buy links directly), or gsa ser, and some proxies, and build backlinks to tier 2,3 and perhaps even 4?
And, how would I go about building my tier 1's, I know about web 2.0's, but what else?
Also, I read about this new google panda 4.0 update, i'm not sure how it affects this strategy, or if I should wait before building backlinks.
