newbie to youtube..

I would like to start with youtube.

But I have some questions first: I have an account on yt that is my "main account" i have couple videos there not more than 6 and they have like 60k views all together, i remember at the time i tried to affiliate my account with adsense but they refused it, i have no idea why..

So I was wondering if I should create another account and try something different like something pornish, how many videos or views should i have before i should try to affiliate my account with adsense? do you think they affiliate with a pornish channel?

I also want to make a gaming channel.

Im not looking to make a big big income since im only starting i would like to make couple hundreds per month though.. what do you guys think?


Is it possible to make an income if I have 2k views per video? ive seen some youtubers that i follow that they have average 2/3k views per video and they make a living out of it.. do you think its possible?

Yes, you can earn but youtube pays somewehere around $2 - $4 per 1K views so you will need more views for a decent earning.

And how many videos you think i should have before trying to apply for an adsense account?

Hi! I share with you my experience. I made something similar and I got more than 70k views in a month, but the income was terrible low, like 0.16cpm and only 3 videos of 10 were generating
income.

I read one day that yt has a "blacklist" of keywords that don't monetize, so I uploaded a video avoiding kw like sexy, hot, naked..... And earnings improve but I just got like $0.06 in a week :lmao: until they flag me because "yt is not a place to share sexual videos blah blah blah"

So in my opinion it didn't work to me but u can try, maybe I made something wrong
