Hi

Recently signed up for facebook. I've made my 'personal' account, and the 'page' account. I really just want to use FB from the page (blog) point of view, rather than from a personal point of view.

I have tried joining some groups, however I haven't had any reply... why is this? Are they viewing me as the person or the page?

Can I check if I have been declined/ignored etc?

Any tips on what I can do?

Thanks

Would join the question and enhance it:
How to find good pages on facebook related to my page niche?

if the group is important for you, make a .txt and keep links in it to check later, if you didnt receive a notification telling you that u've been accepted, there are 3 options:
1-even you still on pending
2-your request to join group is declined
3-you've been banned cause the admin suspects that you are fake profile (i have a group with 10k members, i keep it clean & healthy and only accept people with account 1 year +)

Hmm not sure my question is understood. I am wondering if I may not be accepted because Facebook is 'joining' me as my personal profile (no profile pic) INSTEAD of my blog FB Page (business)...

I am asking if it defaults to personal profile, OR... if it uses my business (blog FB Page) visible to admins of the group.

man those are facebook basics, you would have made conclusio by ur self, groups are for members only not pages! so admins will see your profile not your page!

Did think that, wanted confirmation though.
