I'm sure that this has been brought up to the mods in some way, but after searching I cannot find it. So, here's a small rant for you.
Over the past month or two, I've noticed that a lot of newbies have been actively pissing off the more experienced members with their "please give me all your secrets and do the work for me PLEASE/THANKYOU". In my opinion having a newbie section would help alleviate some of this. Rules of the noob forum being "no flaming the noobs in this section, bla bla bla" This can also be a place where threads can be moved if they are geared towards noobs asking for something before giving in return.
This of course is just a thought and I'm sure it's been discussed before, but I think it's a good idea none the less.
