Newbie says Hello!

Hey guys...
My name is Alex, I'm almost 18 years old,and I'm from Bucharest,Romania, Europe
Like I said in the title I'm quite a newbie.
The power of the internet gave me around 300$ till now from Fiverr because I'm kind of a web designer .
I've already seen some awesome methods that I could use... Right now I'm waiting for the confirmation from Peerfly and some other CPA networks.
By the way... does Peerfly require phone activation?
