Newbie questions

Hi, I've got few questions:
How to install this script on my FP?

And another question: I've got account only in AdshiftMedia. My FP has traffic from UK and USA. Are there some offers for both those countries? Because for example I don't want to loose all those UK traffic when I will add US offer there. So I Hope you understood me and you will help me out
