First of all i want to say hello to all the community!

I have a newbie question, im new in this.
What i want to do is to promote a website on a particular country.
So my question is, for article submiter. Do i have to make my own article in the language, lets say for example romanian if i want to promote the website on some keywords just for Romania?
Or this doesent mater? Just the anchor maters?

You should have the article in the target language, as well as the root domains from where you backlink, but e.g., English articles do work as well.

The most important thing there is your anchor text.

Your article can be in any language, it's just ethical and
professional for your article to be related to your anchor.

I think english articles would probably not be approved in most cases, you have to write them in local language.

if directory is not in english they will not approve that
