Yeah, a lot of factors. While it's true that having strong IPs from quality proxies can get you around that factor, it's important to consider that there are other ways you can get detected over the net. This post is from a while ago but to anyone who might need it since it's getting replies again, try and use mobile proxies with IP rotation or proxies in general that get you quality residential IPs. If you plan on using the accounts at the same time on different accounts, you may need multiples and avoid being on the same IP at the same time if you're really not big in risking it. But again, consider covering your bases and safeguarding against the other avenues of possible detection, not just the IP side.
