Newbie question on twitter

Hi

i am old school guy and i am not "swag " with social networks xd, i even wonder why people are wasting their time on it...

what's the purpose of doing this

let's say user ABCD tweet:
Check out BHW for this and that....link

i see people comment on the tweet:
"@ABCD check out BHW for this and that....link"

LOL what' s that ??? really stupid question yes i know

Right now i have just about 100 accounts,
all have pics,bio,location,verified email, blahblahblah
all have from 100 to 10K followers,
all are tweeting about different topics with link from big sites from once to 3 per day, somes in differents languages,some in differents alphabets
and sometime retweet

so each accounts are doing this

tweet1: Obama is a scammer proofs are here link bbcnews(source link change, not tweeting the same site everyday)
tweet2: Retweet someone (not always) i know how automate the retweet but with the old school: RT@ABCD "check out BHW...." i don't if it's good so i automate RT with imacros and tweetdeck but doing this with abouts 100 accounts is so long for me and tweeddeck make freeze my browser within 2 minutes,so not retweet everyday
tweet3: Free gadgets here:my link

I didn't know people can see from what the tweet have been send, does it look spammy to see tweet send from tweeterfeed,tweetdeck,ect

Brief i feel me spammy with those accounts, need advices on what i can do to fake them more if needed, i aslo need to use those accounts for a non english spammy party xd (will they look fake to aslo post in another language?)

It's called social. So you basically asking why people use social networks. We are in 21 century everyone have internet. Everyone is seeking for a new friends from different country. If someone from other country do this we will just copy them.

What are your plans with those accounts you have? I honesty don't think you have any ideas/plans to do anything with those accounts
