newbie question on keyword

if i have a website about free office template
and i made 100 words post article everyday posting different template,
do i insert the keyword 'free office template' on every article once? or do it randomly every few articles?

Looks like you are shooting for about 500 words per page targeting 1 keyword per page. I do not recommend targeting multiple pages at a single keyword unless you have multiple offerings that can go out of stock. Generally it is better to target one term per page.

Target one per page simply means only try to rank a page for one term. Of course your pages will rank for more but you are being intentional about 1 and your page is going to rank best for only one term and that term should be your target term for the page. It is ok to use a term on other pages as long as it doesn't compete with the term's target page.
