If I make a new site for amazon affiliate stuff, do I buy a brand new hosting account? or do I just use the same hosting account I have for all my other affiliate site?

Just use the same one unless you have some compelling reason to open a second account.

Most hosts will allow you to have multiple sites.

It depends on what plan you have - some of them allow multiple domains to be hosted, others limit you to one. Just please whatever you do, do not get hosting at GoDaddy - they are the absolute worst.

You can use the old one , you dont need the other hosting because amazon does not has any rule like this you are asking about .
