Do those buy targeted traffic sites actually work ?

Are they really all that worth it ?

Which site is the best for targeted traffic buying ?

I've tried numerous sites that promised "targeted traffic" or massive amounts of traffic. Traffic trading usually isn't popular among Google's algorithm. Neither are paid links anymore.

I've yet to see sales or results from anyone who sells traffic or gives you something like 10k popup hits.

They might be cheap but generally they're shit. Sometimes they send fake hits or pings to you as well and count that as traffic as well. I know one thing's for sure, if I'm getting tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of hits a day, I'm not going to offer a service like that for pennies and dimes per visitor. I would definitely be monetizing it with other means such as AdSense or product reviews.
