Newbie Question about Making Money

Hello guys

Im new to BlackHatWorld and Im still learning alot of things so I apologize for my newbie question. I hope someone can answer my question.
Im wondering how can I make money by selling Twitter followers on fiverr? (for example "30k twitter followers for only 5 USD")
How do I get the 30k followers and how it works?

I always thought people either used bots to generate points on twitter following sites, or they used fake accounts! But I could be wrong.

You need accounts and a mass follow bot.

You need bots for accounts creation and bots for mass follow and DONE!
