Newbie question about Link Shortener

Hi BlackHatWorld ,I'm a newbie who really eager to make some start-up money but still there is nothing I can do since I have no special skills to freelance .But yesterday I finally found something works for me ,its link shortener.It doesn't require a blog/website or any skills which very nice for me to do .Only one thing that holds me up is I don't know if I can post it to social media sites (like Facebook ,twitter ,instag....) without getting banned .any help will be appreciated ,.Thank you very much and sorry for bad English .its not my native

Well, it really depends on what and where you want to promote.

For instance, if you promote shortened links redirected to adult or Clickbank offers on FB - you will get warned, then banned. However, you can do the same thing on Twitter, Tumblr and they probably won't even notice.
I know it's difficult to get that start-up money out of thin air. I'd suggest you to get at least a domain (I bought mine from namecheap), mask your URL, trial and error on social media. If don't have any money then maybe ask your friends or family, 1-5 $ for a whole year is not that much. Or you could do some crowdsourcing, captcha solving - it's boring, it's peanuts but better than nothing and could help when you're starting out.
