Newbie Question about CPA

I'm new to this, and after doing some reading I got the Idea that CPA has some good pays and seems to easy... or I'm missing something.
How does it work?
Do i get paid to get people just submitting their email address??
After signing up for an account, will I get a form or html page that I can install on my own server?
Will it be remotely hosted and I just have to work with a url?
Can they be loaded into iframes?
What are the pros ad cons?
Not thinking about cheating, as I have ways to drive real people to submit, but are they able to detect if the same person is submitting more then once, or if a proxy is in use?

CPA means Cost-Per-Affiliate. You need the person to complete a survey to get the money that they promise you and not just submitting their email. You can use an iframe which most CPA network will provide you with one.

You don't need your visitors to complete surveys unless you want to, Name, Surname and Email address is enough, such offers are called email submits.

From your postcount and overall "wrongness" of your post I assume you're just making fun of poor newbie, don't know why though.

you can work cpa(cost per acquisition) or cpm (cost per 1000 impressions) cpl(cost per lead) , there are different ways on how you can make money in this market, try to read on the website

1 question... How are you going to offer your visitors just e-mail submit when we all use content locker, link locker etc. I don't understand how some people can pick just e-mail submits on a locked file...
