Newbie question about backlinks and keywords

I have a question about backlinks I have purchased in the past, in the future and maybe some I should disavow.
My background is being in a service niche and getting little work. Starting a biz llc, etc and building 2 wix websites and of recent 4 google sites. I am not sure if I wasted my money or not on wix.... The free websites I made are doing just as good as the wix smh. I learned about keywords in my site and getting backlinks for them, organic traffic trying to do my best with google guidelines to rank higher. I know some IT and how to make backlinks from doing it myself, linking one of my sites to another watching others backlink for me.

I have ranked website or pages on the first page on low competition keywords, a handful in the top 3-5 (not 1-2 lol) and high competition at bottom of first page at times.

How does one go about rating the backlinks other people make for you? I have seen people build a google site like I did and make it a backlink for me without a domain attached to posting a random blogs to creating blogs. Is there a way to know what good?

Also I would like to invest in some of these packages I see on here but what is the difference btw the work I pay for on fivver or kwon?
I would like to invest into a package if I can hit higher on the high comp keywords, I am aware they those people get a lot of work. I am sparely like lunch money getting work at the moment. Probably invest more then I made. I prefer not to say the business except for DM but it is entertainment and legal.

You evaluate the links first of all according to the way they were placed on the donor site, asking yourself the questions:

• Does it make sense for the link to be on this page?
• Will it be useful to the people who read the content of this page?

and if the answer is "Yes!" to these questions, then that link is worth the money and will be useful to you.

But how much money is that link worth? This is determined by analyzing the authority of the site on which it was posted. The higher the authority, the more juice that link will pass to your site and the higher the price for it.

Thanks you, I am going to pull up a few spreadsheets and review what I was given.

Paying for SEO packages won't improve your rankings for highly competitive keywords.

You should try premium guest posting services. They do a lot better than several low quality backlinks from SEO packages.

You should try different methods. Don't just stick to one. Diversify your link building strategies.

Whatever you do, don't buy link packages from Fiverr

I have sadly made that mistake and properly being punished for it. They are never niche related and random high DR sites that probably don't help. I should probably find a way to disavow all my links and start fresh.

1. Give some time when you buy new backlinks. You can't get an instant effect (at least if the links you buy are not for $200 per each)
2. Take more care about what you buy. Good service - costs more $$$.
3. Don't be "tricked" with the fake metrics of the backlinks. High DR - is just a small part of a good backlinks. But if means nothing, if the other stuff is terrible.
4. Be able to separate the backlinks you buy. Sometimes you have to be more specific buying expensive guest posts or other expensive links.
5. Build links properly: strategy, dynamics, diversification, anchor-list etc.

Or you can just get a consulation from an expert who can advice you with some options. I'm sure it will save much your time
