Newbie post count cap??

Is there a cap to how many posts toward my post count i can accrue per day as a newbie?

I've noticed it has stopped rising...

Post in certain sections does not count as:


Introductions
The Lounge
The Shit List
Feedback & Suggestions
For Sale
Want To Buy
Downloads & Download Requests


Also posts as thnk you, thanx and etc does not count as well, so do some useful posts.
