I think its with your keyword lol. Basically you can try but if your keyword isn't that good, then it wont be of much help.

Yeah, from what it sounds like, my site is too broad. I've got too many topics and subjects going on there. I'm going to try and narrow things down to certain niches and see if that helps.

Honestly SEO is so broad the best place to start is link building. Just google "link building basics" and go from there
