Newbie like to know some stuff

Hello everyone, i am pretty much new to this web stuff, and i am looking for bunch of advices, so that means i am going to be boring for a lot of you, dont mind that please.
Id like to make my own site, with exclusive content.. looking for some good people to help me ,first, with advices, and maybe later we could make working relationship.
