Hi everyone! I've been lurking for awhile and finally created an account, and I am going to be spending a lot more time reading pretty much everything I can on here and trying to learn as much as possible as I start my dive into the world of IM.
Right now I would say that I am coming in as a pretty blank slate. I want to be as open to everything as possible so I can find the area that feels like the best fit for me. I've been doing copywriting for years, but I'm bored with it, and I want to be on the other end of things. I am hoping that through this site I will be able to learn best practices on finding and targeting niches on various platforms and really just getting over that big hurdle of getting started. One of the reasons I have waited until now to try my hand at IM is I just haven't known where to start. There's so much to take in that it can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to find an area that can be profitable but also personally passionate about (mainly so I don't get bored and discouraged).
I loved T0mmy's thread about how all of this starts with you. It was incredibly inspiring. I do hope that through this forum I will be able to figure out the best way for me to get started and grow a successful enterprise. And be able to identify where the goalposts should be for what is successful and working vs what isn't, so I know to get out fast and move on to the next thing. I know there are a lot of great resources here, and I look forward to learning from all of you.
