The problem is that like you say you are looking for a "concrete answer" to cpa'ing and making money... There is none, what will work for one may not work for the other. Thats where you'r brain comes into play and you have to start mixing things around and just testing it all until something catchs. Don't think you will find a good money maker from a spoon feed thread..

You should learn about ppc, ppv etc, and little bit of $ to invest 
but let me tell u one thing u have to test test test to find a good offer and method which will be good for u. so instead of ask here and there start testing.

these email and zip submit offers are spamed to death, think about it, thousands of people have spammed thousands, actually that makes millions of victims lol.
So dont just start sending messaging email and zip offers unless you have thousands of traffic or you have targeted traffic
Further dont just try anything and expect it to work, be rational
One of the ways of making money with cpa is the youtube comment rating menthod

Find a good network , and build a good relationship with your aff. manager. Try offers on different networks and see which network is converting the best and stick with them. Some networks will shave.
