Newbie ''How to make a Blog''

Hi all!

I live in Austria and want legit website.

I am planning to create website for blog like writing article.

I have Shared hosting + cPanel + Softaculous like Wordpress. I dont have still domain. So I dont know really what should I buy new name domain for Technology, Fashion, Weather, Politics, Sport etc. like ''BUZZ''

Also image it if i bought domain and setup Wordpress and what should I need start with my website? Google Analytics? Google Adsense? Yoast Seo? Real View Traffic? Niche? Keyword? and more... PM me if you know how to start with website article with nice earn money like quality earn but not like $10.000 for first month lol. I want quality and slow earn money.
