So far I was doing cpa and saved some money which I want to invest into creating whitehat long term business. I thought about micro niche/autoblog sites, and I'm asking you which guides /ebooks could you recommend? I know basics like keyword resarch and monetizing, but I need help with SEO, articles and design stuff...
Also, are micro niche/autoblogs good for long term income?

    I got:
    -Adsense and amazon affiliate accounts..
    -CJ account
    -Tons of cpa accounts
    -Market Samurai

    I'm planning to get:
    -Senuke maybe

Any other good tools/resources for beginner?

Micro-niche and auto-blog, it might be a good idea, if you have the money, the get your own Dedicated Server (Linux Environment), that way you have a lot more leverage compared to shared hosting.

Getting familiar with WordPress, or Joomla, is good too. When I say getting familiar, I mean creating your own templates etc - doing this within your own environment will massively help you in creating something customized.

Oh, and of course I highly recommend ScrapeBox!

For auto blogging you want to use WP Robot and feed wordpress.

WP Robot gives you a lot of options to mash up content and feed wordpress will let you pull RSS feeds from other sites.

There's a member on BHW who has a great free autoblog guide. I believe it's in the download section. Can't remember his name but he helped me out with some stuff on mine a while back. He goes over how to setup and monetizes autoblogs and drives traffic with twitter.

SENuke is expensive but has a lot of power if you spend the time to use it. I used it for about six months but just couldn't justify the price for the amount I was using it.

Scrapebox is awesome but you need to be careful with it and not go crazy.

Xrumer is another option for backlinks.

Micro Niche Finder is a nice tool for research. Market Samurai is another good keyword tool.

Go to the downloads section for a lot of great SEO guides. I've found tons of stuff in there that has helped me a lot.
