Newbie here, Building my first website.

so I finally decided to build my own website, the idea is pretty simple I am a photographer it serves my business as an online presence. But am thinking in the long run! Google Adsense, affiliate marketing.

am looking for suggestions, what's the first step I should do and SEO tips and tricks and if you have an idea that would help me in the website I'd appreciate besides building a blog which I am thinking of.

Second concerning the blog if I want to copy another article is it allowed ? or should I rephrase it all?

You seems very new to web development and seo, so first you should try to design the website and u can look into seo aspects later. Also you should not copy the article. Since you are professional photographer, it makes all sense to get the write up done from professionals as its one time cost
