I am a Top Rated freelancer on Upwork though but I can advice you. It will take atleast a month to get an order on Fiverr depending on the demand and competition. I would recommend you to try Upwork in the meantime cause you can submit proposals to the job posts. And make sure to submit only on those posts which have 0 active proposals, that way you have a higher chance of getting a job. Once you get one do your best.

I advice you to be cautious when dealing with this member (he is new member and he has lower messages count than you) and I am not sure what this user is doing could be against the rules. There is specific sections in this forum to do those dealings to avoid scam.
On Upwork try to get a job even though it is small. Once you will get a good feedback, you will be able to get jobs more easily. I advice you to send samples of your work in the proposal itself and try to target new clients. And remember it will take time but once you are in it will be worth all the hard work. It had took me 1.5 months to get a job and then now i even get invitations with have many long term clients. Good luck!
