Newbie FB question!

Hello guys,

recently I created a Facebook page -it is a page not a personal account-. But I am newbie in FB promotion and ranking, So I have 2 questions please.
1: How to rank that page for free? Does adding articles to the page helps self ranking?
2: My FB page takes almost 10 visits each week by itself, I am wondering how people find my FB page? Do they search FB and reach to me?

Page suggestion would be one way people reach your page.
Second must be either share's or like done by there friends.
Third could be you could be ranking on top for some keyword on specific country where you're receiving visits from.
There isn't any working method for ranking but viral pages gets ranked on top or pages that has been viewed by users one or twice for that keyword always gets on top or if you're friends have liked any pages that would get on top of keyword.
 
Ya buddy, If you want to increase your ranking in FB then you can post new articles to your timeline. New links to friends wall that will help them to find you.

Thanks, But how can I suggest the? I have a business FB page not a personal page. FB forced me to convert my personal account to a page and then all my friends converted to likes! Now I am not able to do what you say!! So what's the solution?

Since it is a page, It seems I am not able to have or get any friends!!!

That's what I am going to do, But I don't know if FB works just like google about ranking articles?!

I don't have any friends now! FB forced me to change my personal account to a page, and all my 210 friends changed to likes!!!!
So do I need to create a new FB personal account or I can do something with my FB page?
 
Regular posting on your network timelines is the best way for it. The more strong is your network profile, the more sharing you can get for your created page.

How people reach to a FB page please? I mean natural visitors, not those who find me through shares ans so on. Do they search or something like that?

You really picked a bad time to start with facebook. Things are much harder now.

What's the reason buddy? Why FB is not good now? One of the goals of creating a FB page is that I would like to increase the visits to my YT videos via my FB page. so you believe it is not easy today??

Well because now the reach on usual post on fan pages is below 10% of what it used to be.
Now fb wants us to pay them for everything we want to do on page to increase visits on likes or share's.
Facebook keep publishing pages,strict sharing links,banning admins.

This. Honestly, a page is about ten times less effective than it used to be. There are only few pages that have remained really active and have increased reach, but trust me, those are not really common to find/make.
Personally, I only use FB for ads now, they do work great, but my pages are completely dead. Over 500k real people who liked my page, and I get total reach below 200-300 people per post.
 
To get rank you can post unique articles on your page. It is an effective way to get ranked. Do you have any Facbook account with huge number of friends? If you have, you can invite your friends to like your page. Also, you can promote your page on other relevant pages. It will help you to increase traffic.

But no much even if you invite 5k friends and 4k joins in a week or so you're stats would be 4k likes and 1k+talking that week and by the end of that month it would be 400-500.
 
You can comment on big pages to get likes.. try this for me its work when i am beginer in pages ;)
 
Did u post from your facebook account something to that page so your Facebook friends saw that and maybe opened the page ? . That explains that 10 visits
