Strongerads is taking apps for Noobs and they have some sort of training. Im not with them but could be a good place to start

I would have to agree with Padlocks post, it is very difficult do make 1,000 right of the bat.
You have to think of opportunity cost; if you have no money to invest you are going to be investing a lot of time into making $1,000.
Some basics you will need when you start out;
a) A domain name- You can register a .info domain for .99 (or if you are really broke use something like tinyurl) The domain name will allow you to forward to an affiliate page.
When I started out I used one domain name with like 100 subdomains to test different affiliate offers. Once I found what campaign or ad sales worked I focused on getting as much traffic as possible to that page.
It will probably take you a few months to make $1,000. But once you make that first $1,000 you can use some of that money to save you time so you can make the next $1,000 a lot quicker.

i took around 2 years of learning then start earning

I would suggest learning one thing very well and offering that service on Fiverr to get some cash coming in. Take that cash and buy Scrapebox. Become an expert on Scrapebox and offer that service via Fiverr. Now you have two sources of income. Keep doing that or learn how to research a niche, then buy a exact match domain, promote the site, etc.
BHW is a goldmine of info for people who don't have a clue, but want to learn. If you're not having any luck searching the BHW site directly then try a Google search. Something like:
site:blackhatworld.com strategy
or
site:blackhatworld.com method
Mix it up and you'll find people who have graciously given their blueprint to this community. You can learn a lot from them.

go to the making money subforum...find any threads that interest you.
For vocab or acronyms or abreviations that are mentioned in the threads that you choose...
-> Go to google.com
-> type in "site:blackhatworld.com [keyword]"
Maybe open up notepad and take notes... be organized with what you put (maybe try to make it like an IM dictionary/encyclopedia)
This will help you get to where you want just a wee bit faster. Hope I could be of some help.
