The guys on here(including myself even though not completely successful) have worked days and years to find what works. Its not even so much as KNOWING and having a list of what works. You develop a SENSE.....
The only way is to go through the initial excitement, the dreadfull sick feeling that you picked a bad niche, the stuff you try to do to correct the mistakes you THINK you made and still fail.
Meanwhile ignoring the basics, because you don't understand how important they are.
You try again, and again. Finally you're about to give up.. and you start trying some basics, and you start seeing success.
Basics = Alright keyword, Good onpage SEO(easy these days)....and oh........... BACKLINKS
See, like others... there is emphisis on backlinks there. BUT.. YOU don't know how important they are......
Nobody is going to explain how many positions their site jumped from X amount of backlinks with details..
Anyhow... Setup google alerts for blogs in your niche ... then post on them. Write 5 articles and submit them every place you can find.... Sign up for some forums.
Give yourself 6 months to do it. 10 links a day is 300 a month X 6
It adds up.... and if you do them manually, they will stick.......
You can rank for anything.... Just as long as you wanna put in the work each day......
The secret is: There is no secret. Its pretty basic... Its all about motivation and work ethic.. and always.. how bad you want it..
For damn sake. Just find some blogs and get to work. And make a schedule. For 1 hour a day, comment on blogs, next hour, write 2 articles.
Each day....
Stick too this, and in 6 months you'll have ONE HELL of a site!
For 2 hours of work a day, after 6 months you will have:
Over 300 articles
1800 backlinks
Now those stats somewhat represent what you see out in the market.... Don't think this stuff is all done overnight. Its not.
USE YOUR COMMON SENSE.........
If you don't know what keywords to write about or theres too much competition for a keyword and your stuck.. Pick the main keyword or think up something you're wondering about and just write. Write about everything. You want to be the authority? BECOME THE AUTHORITY. Learn..... Write an A-Z about Bird Feeders... anything.. just write.
