I'd like to know :
1) what does niche mean?
2) And what is the relationship between money site, niche and tier 1?

niche is a certain targeted audience.....you can be in a motorcyle niche or an even more specific niche like i.e.
"hot girls that ride motorcycles"

Hot girls ride something else.

And when you post about specifically 'something else' on your site, that is niche.

Niche is nothing but category.
Money site is nothing but your website.
Tier 1 is nothing but links you build for money site.
Tier 2 is nothing but links you build for tier 1 & it goes on like tier 3, tier 4, etc..

Niche could be in anything really. For example, Real Estate. You can go many ways. Multifamily, single family, restaurants, office buildings, and can also be in a category of short sales, foreclosures, and so forth.
