If I am not wrong then these tube sites started popping up extensively since 2004 and then many of those died as MindGeek started to acquire and expand. Also the stringent execution of copyright laws suffocated the industry. It's impressive that during that time the webmasters uploaded content in hundreds of GBs on their server with that internet connection speed. And you're saying that those sites buy and resell traffic then it deem more impressive because they thrive on traffic arbitrage model:)

Shocked to know that only 15% increment in bandwidth happened during lockdown. I was expecting much more.

Just a word of caution. You can't promote or sell anything unless you are a jrvip and even then you need to follow proper procedures. Read newbie and bhw level guide. Also you can't do private mentoring.
