So I am interested in adding some online and offline services to my current freelance web design and development business. I have been apart of this forum for a little bit, and have been reading everyday. So far, what I am gathering is that I can offer services like:
SEO - ranking
ORM - getting positive buzz to a business
Social Media Management - managing and maintaining a business social presence
My question is, what services to I offer inside of SEO, ORM and SMM? A lot of things seem to overlap. Like things done to manage social media can also cover ORM. And ORM can sometimes or completely be SEO. I guess I am unsure how to organize and present these services to a client. Once I learn them, that is.
Lastly, aside from SEO, ORM and SMM, what other services are there? I understand I may need to get creative, but that will be a lot easier to do once I get my feet wet and see inside this world myself.
