Most likely someone spamming their way to 15, then sending messages and getting their posts removed.

Not sure.. they contacted me 30 minutes after the account was created.

Oh, you can't see deleted messages, but I deleted that guys posts a few minutes ago and set him back to 0. He was spamming in the introductions section.
I figured this was the case, but it's always good to make sure there isn't a bug that's being abused.
